System carachteristics.
It is an intermediary instrumentation between the basic and monitoring configuration, via PLC which has a products’ database, where the reference products such as the positioning of weight, precompression and pressure cams; operating and load speeds corresponding to every product are stored.
Thus, at the beginning of every batch repetition, the machine is automatically positioned in the previously registered values, thus minimizing the machine times of adjustment and achieving null values in the decrease for calibration.

AUTO SET III
System carachteristics.
It is a software with a products’ database, where forces’ reference products, cams' positioning and operating speeds corresponding to every product are stored.
Compression:
* Production speed (in tablets per minute)
* Number of punchers installed
* Average compression force
* Maximum force: It identifies the puncher with the maximum force and the excess percentage
* Minimum force: It identifies the puncher with the minimum force and the percentage as compared to the other forces.
Precompression:
The maximum precompression force made by every lung is meassured
Ejection:
The force made by the bottom puncher in order to take the pill out of the mould is meassured. In this case, the average force made by all the punchers is measured and the one exercising the maximum force is identified
Alarms and stop reasons:
Some of the possible warning, alarm or stop reasons are the following:
* Batch end
* Lack of dust
* Very sudden variation of the compression force
* Excessive weight correction
* Bottom and top compression force within acceptable limits
* Blocked top puncher
* Lack of granulated lubrication
* Broken (or dirty) puncher
* Excessive general discard
* Excessive individual discard
* Variable rotation speed
* Required maintenance

HARDTESTER
This equipment allows to detect the breaking force of a pill, obtaining a digital and highly accurate reading. Its dimensions and design renders it easy to manipulate, being adaptable to the user’s needs, both in production and in quality control. The high impact cover offers maximum resistance and security before the chemical attack. The control panel has the appropriate inclination for an easy manual access. The digital display with three figures and decimal offers and adequate view of the information. The operating module is made of mirror polished stainless steel, manufactured under the rules required for the the contact with medicines and GMP requirements.
MIXERS
This machine, with its stainless steel cabinet, was designed to work in small mixing scales of dried dust, useful mixing volume of 1 litre, in PVC pots usually provided by the chemist’s. In this way, there is a mixing container exclusive for every formula since the cost of the same does not justify its cleaning and reutilization. Having the security of not incurring in crossed pollution. Its rigid mechanism, mounted on bearings and with gearings box, provides it with a long useful life free of maintenance. The mixing pot is simply hold to the mixing base by resting and holding it with hoops, without screws or complex devices, thus rendering the loading and downloading task as well as the change of products easy and fast.
GRANULATING
It has a 4-rotary-blade mechanism (completely built in stainless steel) and interchangeable meshes to obtain the various granulating sizes, depending on the operation being granulated with wet or dried product or product to break pills. The body of the machine is built with a stainless steel cabinet easy to clean and with total access, assembly and disassembly of all its parts. Its dimensions are the following: lenth of 600 mm; depth of 300 mm; height of 250 mm. It has an constant oscillation of 40 cycles per minute.
DEDUSTER
Completely built with stainless steel, sanitary polished, it has a supply hopper adjustable in height that facilitates the supply either from the oulet of any pills machine or from a bulk keg of the pills to process. Then, they go through some perforated propellers, where the cleaning operation takes place, what in turn allows to determine the cleaning time and energy, together with the vibration intensity, in order not to make the pills fragile.
The equipment works with single-phase supply of 220V 50Hz, compressed air 5 kg/cm maximum. It is delivered in a standard model with pressure regulator of compressed air and nozzle to catch dusts. It is structurally mounted over a rotary base with 3 wheels with brake and its total weight is 15 kg. It is very versatile and easy to manipulate even in small spaces.
